Fully waterproof quadruple layer fabric with hard front, rear and bottom panels for increase protection.

The Monsoon 3 uses a very secure flexible mounting system with ROK strap elements to ensure the best fit and reliability on rough terrain. This also ensurers that if the bike falls over the bags will remain in tact and one piece.

Quadruple layer construction is made up as follows;

1 WEAR PROTECTION: The outermost layer of the 3-layer fabric is made up of heavy duty polymer which acts as superior wear protection. With an all-welded design it makes the Monsoon 3 even tougher.

2 TEAR PROTECTION: The middle layer consists of 1000D Nylon mesh which is densely woven yet flexible to allow the 1000D Nylon filaments to align in the direction of the stress.

3 WATER PROTE: The innermost layer of the 3-layer fabric is made out of red vinyl for perfect visibility and 100% waterproofness. Unlike hard panniers, the roll top closure does not permanently bend in the case of a crash, keeping your items fully waterproofed.

4 IMPACT PROTECTION: At the front, underneath and at the rear we have added a high impact plastic to protect the contents of your bags from loose gravel and surprise branches.

• Inside each bag there are 2 fold-away compartments so you can divide the contents of your bag or have them as one open space.
• Each pannier holds up to 6 isolation bags (separately available)
• They feature Enduristan’s famous red inner lining for high visibility.
• Externally there are 2 rows of cargo loops per bag to attach additional gear (see the Enduristan base packs)
• Each bag has soft grip handles.
• Each bag has 3 compression straps.
• Easy fastening, quick removal.
• The distance between bags is adjustable between 21 and 75cm to fit different subframe widths.
• Fore and aft positioning is also fully adjustable.

MOUNTING WITHOUT FRAMES

The Monsoon 3 fits many bikes without frames, thus keeping the bike narrow and the weight close to the centre. Always take care to keep a safe distance to hot parts of the exhaust system and keep Monsoon 3 well out of hot exhaust gases. We suggest using one or more of our Inferno Heat Shields.

MOUNTING WITH PANNIER FRAMES

If you use pannier frames, Monsoon will also fit bikes with very small or no mudguards on the sides, such as the BMW F 800 GS.
