What’s your return policy?
We guarantee our products will reliably perform for thousands of miles through adverse conditions and foreign lands. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item if you believe a purchased product is defective or fails to meet expectation. We will promptly send you a return packing slip. Damage arising from use and wear is not covered if the product continues to perform its function.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Express shipment is available upon request. We’ll even ship to the middle of a Laotian jungle, if that is where you are stuck.
